Help us protect Chief Mountain from exploitation at the hands of oil and gas interests.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs recently leased Chief Mountain for oil and gas drilling in secret without the consent local Blackfeet people, who consider the mountain and the surrounding area sacred.
Chief Mountain is located just outside the eastern edge of Glacier National Park, just outside of its protection.
We urge you, Mr. President, to use the Antiquities Act,or other means within your power, to preserve and protect this historical and sacred land from destruction.
