Protect Children of Cigarette Smoking Parents and Anyone who Does not want their lungs polluted by Cigarette Smoke.

I feel that someone needs to stand up for the children of parents that decided to pollute their lungs with cigarette smoke and cancer. I want these parents to be held responsible and be held accountable when their own children come down with illnesses that are associated with their smoking close to their own children. I feel that Parents should receive a fine if caught smoking in a vehicle with their underage children. This should be a law across the United states. We have already banned smoking in most restaurants now its time to push it even further and protect our youth even more. It is a proven fact that children who are raised by smokers also become smokers, but what about those kids that hate the smell and hate being sick from the smoke when do we stand up for them?
