Protect the children of deadbeat dads and mothers running to other countries or being deported and avoiding payment.

The reason for this petition is to make illegals pay even from other countries when they come to the us and get women pregnant even women going back to native countries to avoid payment and due law process. Illegal or legal should not matter the parents should pay unless dead. This takes from all american citizens. we need to impose the law internationally. And keep america's money here. When some of these people leave they become drug cartels, millionares while our taxes take care of their kids and harms our economy.
