The average age a child is exposed to pornography is 11. Pornography is sprawled all across the internet and it is easy for children to stumble across it accidentally. Parents have the right to determine how their children learn sexuality. Parents have the right to protect their children from pornography.
Therefore, we ask the federal government to:
1. Mandate that all US companies, US individuals, and servers under its jurisdiction host pornographic content ONLY on websites that have the top-level domain ".xxx". No pornographic content may be hosted on websites with other top-level domains.
2. Mandate that all internet service providers provide their customers the option to block all ".xxx" content from being downloaded through the customer's internet service.
