Protect children with the right to opt-out of psychiatric labeling, mandatory mental screenings and psychiatric drugging

The purpose of this petition is to empower children and parents when they become targets of psychiatric labeling by educators, medical practitioners, child services, foster caretakers, judicial officers or anyone who could misdiagnose a child as mentally ill due to the reporter or complainants subjective assessment of what they would consider to be the child's socially unacceptable behavior. Children and parents should have the right to refuse psychiatric mental screenings, assessments, treatment or drugs. The fact is that many school shooters have been on psychiatric drugs, were withdrawing from them or had been on them in the past. Those drugs have dangerous and known side effects as indicated on the drugs labels and warnings. Children as young as babies and toddlers are being drugged.
