The other day I saw a 5 year old child with another child near the same age riding their scooters across the crosswalk, right in front of freeway. A passing car slammed on it's brakes to prevent itself from crashing into the two children. No parents were watching either of the kids. Protect kids, don't allow kids to go about the streets unsupervised.
