We petition President Obama to find a way to protect the citizens of the United States from the unreasonably high financial burden associated with trying to earn a college degree, and to protect these citizens from the rampant abuse of schools of higher education, banks ,and private loan institutions that force the costly financial burden upon the citizens of this great nation.
