Civilians are killed every day in Eastern Ukraine by Ukrainian Army. Everybody blames Russia, however it is Ukrainian President and his team who is responsible for citizens being killed since the beginning of anti-terrorist operation in Ukraine. Considering number of civilians killed during operation, it is obvious to expect any activity from Obama's administration to protect civil people in Eastern Ukraine from President Poroshenko and Ukrainian Army.
