Protect the Constitution of the United States

Request that the Congress of the United States write and enact laws. That if any person who serves the American people, and swears an Oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and will bear true faith and allegiance to the same as a requirement of their office or posting. Any person who willingly and with knowledge and intent, undertakes any action that places them in direct opposition to their Oath by acts or deed, written or spoken statements. This person is subject to immediate removal from their office or post and returned to public life and will forfeit any claim to benefits provided while in said office or post.
