This petition is for the people, by the people, and it asks that the Federal Bureau of Investigations immediately remove Juggalos from their National Gang Threat Assessment list, on the foundation that Juggalos are a subculture to the American culture; Not a gang. Juggalos have been around for more than 20 years and reflect all the characteristics of other nationally recognized cultures/subcultures.
This petition is also asking the Obama Administration set laws protecting cultures and subcultures in the United States from institutional discrimination.
Finally, the people of this petition ask that the National Gang Intelligence Center be held accountable for their negligence of their faulty, 14 month investigation that ultimately placed Juggalos on the N.G.T.A. list.
