We, the people of the Untied States of America, believe in the fundamental truths to the constitution. We believe that all men have been endowed by their Creator certain unalienable rights, and to force the consumption of tobacco and chemicals known to be detrimental to health and development infringes on the rights of any living being. We call upon those who are lawmakers and in authoritative positions to defend those who cannot defend themselves, it is the essence of morality. We plea on behalf of those who do not have a voice yet in our society for your consideration to prohibit expecting mothers from consuming tobacco, and to protect the development and well being of unborn, living children.
