Encryption is the acts of when a randomly computer generated language, converts papers into a unique encrypted file. If one hacks a server, that is encrypted, they will still not be able to understand things going in and out of it.

The bill, called "Ensuring National Constitutional Rights for Your Private Telecommunications Act of 2016" – in short, "ENCRYPT Act of 2016

Will threaten that encryption AND the safety of both US citizens and the government. Signing this will help save encryption.
