Protect fallen hero Chris Kyle's estate from the law suit won against him.

Created by E.Z. on July 29, 2014

"A jury in Minnesota awarded $1.845 million in damages Tuesday to former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura, deciding that he was defamed by the late Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle who said he punched Ventura out in a bar in 2006 after the former governor said the SEALs “deserved to lose a few” in war." -Washington Post

The decision to award Gov. Ventura the money hurts Mr. Kyle's integrity and his estate. The 1.8 million awarded to him is unnecessary, and causes more harm than good.

It is in the best interest of Chris Kyle's family, that the decision be overturned, or at least reviewed.

Gov. Ventura has set a dangerous precedent. This isn't how we should handle our fallen heroes.
