Require farmers, especially factory farmers to discontinue extremely cruel practices which cause farm animals to live their lives in cruel and unnatural circumstances. This petition proposes that government regulation should be changed to accommodate this requirement and that compliance be enforced by providing or not providing government subsidies. This petition also proposes that food packaging be clearly marked to indicate farming practices.
