Protect the First Amendment rights of free speech, peaceful assembly and petition of the government.

Created by M.B. on November 17, 2011

We believe the President of the United States should stand with the citizens of this country in protecting their constitutional rights to free speech, peaceful assembly and the right to petition the government for grievances.

Recent events across the United States have convinced us that law enforcement practices against peaceful demonstrators are violating the rights of those citizens, and by extension, endangering the rights of all Americans.

The President should voice his support for equal rights of all Americans and speak out against brutal practices aimed at shutting down peaceful and lawful dissent.
