We, the people of the United States of America, petition the President the following:
Propose & support legislation adopting enhanced penalties for illegal actions motivated by the hatred of a position or statement protected by the 1st amendment. This legislation should also allocate confiscated funds from terrorism to be issued as compensatory damages to the victims of crimes that fall under this legislation.
This petition has been started because of events over the last few years. One event is the public daytime assassination of a European satirist for depicting Muhammed. 2 more events are the censorship of the same prophet within multiple episodes of the show South Park, by parent network Comedy Central. South Park regularly lampoons other religious figures w/out fear of retribution.
