Government Contractors do the work of the military and for the military but lack all the perks of the military and or the Government Civil Service. Many contractors have lost there jobs because of bids to companies that charge the least. Many people continue to loose there jobs working for the military whom go through a lot to get those jobs. These people obtain security clearances, background checks, and constant questioning to maintain there jobs. Contract companies are not consistent and those employees working for them are treated as less than, 90% of contractors are veterans. Please make all government positions standard and make them Government Civilian positions with veteran benefits. We continue to serve our country even beyond our military status.
