Citizens that take up the flag of jihad to make war against the United States or her nation partners is in effect giving up any rights to American citizenship and should be viewed as committing treason as they are giving aid to our enemy.
Any act of violence or plot of terror carried out by these individuals should be given the status of enemy combatant as we are in a state of war. Those involved with ISIS or other named terror groups should have their travel restricted.
