Apparatchiks have come to USA in the name of Counter-Terrorism Cooperation. But they engage in illegal activities for CP too. Since 2005, so far, everyday they gang stalk an innocent USA citizen. They always attempt to entrap him with various sting operations, though never succeeded. So they, as anonymous libelers, spread rumors without any evidence to smear him to make hostility. Also they infiltrate into agencies, companies and email boxes to do evil for blockading his ways out and survival space. At the same time, they are brainwashing American officers and communities with CP's Values, Ideas and Styles.
