Protect Immigrant Children Being Separated From Their Families Due To Aging Out.

Created by D.B. on December 29, 2015

Many immigrant families petition to receive permanent residency decades before actually receiving their permanent resident cards. In this time, the children that came into this country at a young age of up to 10 year olds can "age-out" to being older than 21 years old. Is it fair that due to the lengthy process of immigration procedures, that one child (who may have reached the age of 21) gets denied to receive the green card while the rest of the family gets approved? Is it fair to ask a child who only knows the cultures and environment of the USA to leave the country and move back to a country where they have no one?
Please look at the immigration laws and protect families from getting separated.
