To protect an individuals rights under the First Amendment to the Right of Freedom Speech in support of Gun Law Changes

To enshrine protection to individual citizens and residents of the United States of America to the Right of Freedom of Speech and Expression whether they be born of America, immigrants to America or persons with Residency Rights without fear of persecution by the State, Organisations or Individuals, including protection from the fear of Prosecution or Deportation through exercising the individuals Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression as laid out in the First Amendment. This petition is currently specifically aimed at, although not confined to, the right of an individual to express openly their views and opinions to change the Gun Laws of the United States of America to protect not only the people of America, but the children of the United States of America.
