742,000 people across the country are protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program created by President Obama. These are people who were brought to the US before the age of 16, have lived continuously in the US since 2007, and have not been convicted of crimes. President-elect Trump is threatening to arrest and deport these people, for whom America is home, and who contribute so greatly to this country. They have provided extensive amounts of sensitive information to the government to obtain protection under DACA in efforts to comply with the law. Now they are facing a nightmare. Please, President Obama, protect the information of these vulnerable people from the Trump administration's mass deportation efforts.
