Protect the interest of American citizans privacy by taking proper* action against NSA

Over the pass few year there have been several reports or "whistleblowing" that have been "addressed" however ultimately ignored. The process of obtaining wide-open orders for data mining is becoming a major problem and fearfully will get out of control as the years progress. We as a nation must find a way to limit the ability of the government to engage in dragnet data mining. The NSA and FBI must have reasonable* suspicion, based on specific and articulable facts, to obtain business records for a terrorism suspect and not the free range they currently have over the U.S. and many other countries. A PUBLIC hearing, explanation and ownership/responsibility of these transgressions are overdue. WE THE PEOPLE are NOT the TARGET!
