Protect Internet Neutrality/Freedom from FCC proposals to allow megacorporation's privileged control over the Web

In January 2014 a federal appeals court ruled to allow internet providers ability to manipulate speed of net traffic in favor of higher paying customers. FCC recently proposed to allow changes that will forever change fair access to the internet. The proposal will allow megacorporation's to buy "fast track" access to the internet, allowing them to flood the internet with their content, dominate the internet in essence at the expense of individuals and other organizations. We petition the president to move to classify the internet as a public utility and have the equivalent regulation of electricity and water, ensuring a free and open internet for all.
