Use the Funds from tariffs to lower taxes and pay off the national debt.
Yes there will be a time of hard ship from this and the cost of many items will go up.
But this is necessary and unavoidable to fix the economy.
It is Your job as an elected member of the Congress of the United States. Too maintain a more perfect Union, maintain Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty!
