Protect law enforcement and citizens by requiring all public interactions be recorded via on-person cameras.

Created by G.R. on November 24, 2014

Our chaotic world needs transparency that protects law enforcement as well as the citizens they serve. It is in the best interest of all involved to provide accurate and detailed accounts of what happens when public servants meet and interact with the public.
Providing a nation-wide effort to show the transparency and self-regulating nature of law enforcement it should be required that all cops wear at all times when in public, a body camera and a back up helmet or head camera.
The amount of data this will provide all crime scene investigators will help to exonerate cops, and it will protect citizens from abuse.
The price of the cameras is very low and will greatly out way the time, money, and life or individuals that are lost without such a cheap and effective way to protect.
