Protect LGBT Individuals Against Discrimination

Created by D.J. on November 25, 2012

President Obama, certain local governments in Kansas have passed non-discrimination laws to protect LGBT individuals. These laws ensure that an individuals cannot be forced out of housing or employment in secular establishments because of their sexual orientations. The Kansas State government has other plans, however. The "Religious Freedom Act" would undo these protections, opening the door for denial of housing or employment. Mr. President, please motivate the government to action and pass a Federal Non-Discrimination Act including exemptions for places of worship.

God bless.
