Life has been scientifically proven to begin at conception. Human life is a basic right for all. It is the duty and responsibility to protect and respect the right to life. As the Declaration of Independence says "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed"
