PROTECT MAGICIANS RIGHTS!

We request that the House Subcommittee on Interior create a separate budget for the National Endowment for the Arts for the purpose of supporting & protecting the American Magic industry. This budget would be used to:
1. Protect the intellectual property of magic products and magic acts by preventing their theft.
2. Promote American magicians overseas
3. Provide incentives to American manufacturers of magic products.
4. Promote an annual National Endowment for the Arts National Magical Festival hosted on Federal property.
5. Promote the domestic magic industry by allocating limited free of charge public radio and television ad space for professional magicians.
6. Provide incentives to individuals that restore a theater for showcasing magic
