Protect mothers and children from their abusers. Rapists should have no legal rights to the child fathered by rape.

I am starting this petition as a victim of violence. I am also a victim of a court system who decided to praise the father of my child for paying child support and hiring an expensive attorney. I was told that because my son's father has paid thousands, he is entitled to equal rights to my child. This man raped me, abused me, made me feel as if I was a prisoner. When I finally did escape and felt free, he came after me, broke into my home and was arrested. Days later, he stole guns and ammunition from vehicles close to my home and was arrested again. He violated his order of protection and continues to fight to control me. I was brought back to court to have a judge laugh at my fears. Children cannot be bought. Please give women and children a voice.
