Protect Net Neutrality by supporting the use of Title II of the Communications Act to reclassify broadband as a utility.

Created by T.W. on November 07, 2014

Network neutrality is the idea that your cellular, cable, or phone internet connection should treat all websites and services the same. Big companies like AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast want to treat them differently so they can charge you more depending on what you use.

By supporting the use of Title II of the Communications Act broadband and internet access would be reclassified as a utility. This will allow the FCC to create strong Net Neutrality protections that stand up in court.

Doing so would protect every American giving them equal access to the internet.

Constitutional scholars, free speech advocates, and tech experts all agree that this is the best path. It's legal and straightforward. It just requires the President to show political will.
