The 2nd amendment is a god-given right to United States of America and every law-abiding United States Citizen. The 2nd amendment clearly states: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Our 2nd amendment rights are being threatened by many people who believe that banning AR-15's along with many other assault rifles and limiting magazines will help crime rates. Semi-Automatic weapons are no more dangerous than any other weapon. It is the bad guy behind the weapon that is dangerous.
