There are a number of states that have laws banning so called "assault weapons" and laws limiting magazine capacity. Also, a number of states have laws that require firearm registration. This is an infringement of our 2nd amendment rights. This calls for legislation to be enacted where all 50 states are not allowed to ban "assault weapons" and magazine capacity. Legislation is also required where no state would be allowed to have a firearm registration system.
