Protect our children

Petition to not allow child abusers and molesters to have access to their own children they have harmed or things that are a felony (such as showing a child porn). If child is taken away more than once for the same thing (such as any type of abuse) they should not have the right to see them again. In such cases the child (at least 4 yrs. old) being old enough to know if they want to see a parent or not, the courts should allow what the child wants in that case, not what the parents want. Children should have a say in what happens to them in such cases. Nor should they have to be in court in front of the parent that has abused them to testify against them. Their testimony on tape should be enough. Talk about mental anguish, testifying in front of accusers at that age is harmful to the child
