The Child Protection Act- The federal government of the United States of America shall not spend more money than the revenue it receives, and no loans may be incurred. Furthermore, a Value Added Tax of two percent (a national sales tax} will be imposed to pay the debt we have created. The Value Added Tax will continue until the national debt has been repaid and will then be dissolved. Our children deserve better than to have to pay our bills.
