We ask that it be made a Federal offense to kidnap children. We also ask that anyone convicted of murdering a child after having kidnapped them be automatically given the maximum sentence allowed by law and not allowed parole. To help ensure the safety and help with faster recovery of children who are kidnapped we ask that a law be put in place to ensure amber alerts are issued IMMEDIATELY upon law enforcement being notified of missing children. The Hailey Owens incident was a travesty and the two hour delay was very costly , lets prevent this from happening again.
