Stop allowing plea deals for people who murder and/or are found guilty of felony child abuse cases. Permanently terminate all parental rights to anyone found guilty of felony child abuse and/or murder of a child. Do not allow a registered sex offender (when the crime involved a minor) to have full legal custody of a minor, they should only be allowed a supervised visitation if the minor is their biological child.
*Over FIVE children die every day at the hands of abuse. How many must be beaten, molested, and tortured before you take a stand make it known we will NOT tolerate crimes against our children. Ask yourself this "if your child were beaten to death would you be happy if the abuser were sentenced to one year of prison and/or a fine?" Most likely not.
