Ban the sale and distribution of all violent movies, video games, on-line games, computer games and any other electronic form of materials that depict violence where the killing of children, adults, police, fire and rescue, government officials or military personnel are depicted. Additionally, prohibit any adult from providing such materials or access to such materials.
One potential method is to modify the Child Pornography laws that deal with similar prohibitions outside of the First Amendment so that the children may be protected.
