No matter the cost! We must protect our children and faculty at schools. Please let every school have security. Similar to airports, place security in every school, with medal detectors. It will save lives!! Every entrance could have medal detectors, students could place items in a box (such as cell phones, keys, change, etc.) and pass through to get clear entrance.
There is no reason why the money can not be put in place to protect our children at school. If it is done at an airport, courthouse, etc. we can do it at schools.
Every school, the ones in upper class neighborhoods, middle class neighborhoods, it does not matter. If there are students we should protect them!
As we have seen on the news it does not matter the age of children, from college to elementary!
