Protect our children as well as we protect our nations leaders

We the people of the United States do hereby petition the President of the United States as well as Congress to give equal protection to our children that they allow to protect themselves. If armed guards are not allowed in our schools to protect our children then we ask that the guards for the capital as well as the protection detail for the President relinquish their weapons as if its good enough for our children it should be good enough for the President and Congress. However should the President and Congress wish to keep armed guards around them and the capital we demand that armed guards be put in our schools to protect our children. Too long the people in Washington have made decisions that do not apply to them and we will not stand for it any longer.
