We are seeing more and more institutions, organizations and even individuals telling Americans they can not display the American flag in America. We put forth the question; Is this or is this not America? Do we or do we not have a national flag? The First Amendment protects our right to free expression. But does it also protect the "right" for others to dictate when, where or even if we can exersize it? Unfortunately, this has gone so far that it may take congress writing a bill making it a criminal act for anyone telling Americans that they can not fly our flag anywhere within US borders.
