In order to protect children from gun violence at schools -
1) Extend the Federal Air Marshal program to include public schools.
2) Create Federal physical security standards for new public school construction and renovations.
3) Create a funding program to help with the cost of implementing the new security standards.
4) Require any single bulk ammunition purchase of more than 500 rounds to be registered to a common Federal database at point of sale.
5) Deny the sale of more than 1500 rounds to any individual within a 30 day period unless they are registered with the ATF.
6) Deny the sale of magazines with the capacity of more than ten rounds to individuals who are not registered with the ATF.
7) Name this bill the Sandy Hook Prevention Act.
8) Sunset this Act every two years.
