Protect our Nations Disabled Veterans from being fired for their disabilities, these from their service to our Nation.

Created by C.E. on September 25, 2014

Protection for our Nations Disabled Veterans from being fired from their employment for or due to their disabilities'.
Employers, including the Federal Government can terminate a Disabled Veteran even after decades of service, for an administrative errors. Current federal law allows an employer to terminate these veterans for simply failing a test.
Disabled Veterans are forced to find employment after years of faithful service, many without incident, while penalized by their disabilities, and a federal system favoring their employer, their attorneys.
This is personal, as I was fired for having a disability well after 24 years of service with the US Army and USPS. Fired for failing a simple math test-the same one-twice.
