Recognize that our Oceans are over fished and if current trend continues, humans will deplete the Oceans of ALL fish life by 2050. Please pass a JOINT RESOLUTION on calling all nations to strictly have fishing quotas and follow them. This can be done by creating a totally non partial scientific international association of oceanographer/ marine biologist who will set these quotas.
