Those who have signed this petition believe that is fundamentally unfair for the FBI to search someone's computer just for using TOR. The Bill of Rights guarantees us both the ability to publish and obtain information without becoming a suspect for it. It also guarantees us the right against unreasonable search and seizure. Clearly, the FBI's shattering breach of civilian security constitutes a violation of both of these rights. We would be extremely grateful if Congress would speak out against Rule 41 for these reasons.
