Protect our Schoolchildren, Arm our teachers

We need to protect our children and our teachers. Install lockboxes in each classroom maintain them as you would fire extinguishers, train our teachers and school staff in firearm safety, self defense etc. These lockboxes could be remotely locked and unlocked by personnel in the administration office and or by the district office (the technology exists). You cant stop senseless acts of violence but we can give people to the tools to defend themselves against it.
