The Right to Bear Arms as defined by the Second Amendment shall not be infringed upon by any government agency or gun controll activist groups. The Right helps to protect innocent people from crime by means of self defense. If the people are not allowed to carry weapons then only the criminals will be able to aquire guns. If everyone is given the right to bear arms without restriction, crime would be reduced significantly.
