Protect our Social Security Benefits; especially for my generation X & Y and disabilities.

I think we need to do what we can do to save our Social Security System; especially for generation X & Y which I fall under, it would be beneficial to not privatize our Social Security, but re-organize our assets so we can keep the Social Security for many generations to come. I would also like to point out currently I receive DSHS benefits thru my state being Washington and they just recently cut benefits; excluding food stamps, which was something of interest to eliminate in the program. I really feel this is not the direction to keep upstanding citizens like myself who are elgible for benefits, in turn have them removed due to state budget cuts. Please "Washington D.C." take my concern seriously and pass on my opinion as necessary.
