About 15 years ago the US Fish and Wild Life Service wanted all running waters and lakes fenced so farm animals could not be in them. This has never happened and it is about time that it is done. One beef animal in our waters will pollute 25 times more than a human per day. Lets get the farm animals out of the streams, rivers and lakes.
