In the State of Utah, the Department of Child Protective Services runs amok without oversight or need for justification. This has recently directly impacted one family, having stripped the 4 innocent children from the safety of the home their Marine father and caring mother have provided for them because the Marine suffers from PTSD after serving multiple tours in the middle east.
This is not a petition to remedy this for everyone, but rather Federal level oversight to ensure that when our courageous soldiers return home, that agencies such as CPS have checks and balances before they can rip apart a healthy, honorable, and patriotic family. There are many different stories like this, ranging across many different states, we ask for immediate involvement for the Murphy family.
